PARKING POLICY - Morgan Pointe

Attention: Tenants,

As you all know, there is a strict parking policy at Morgan Pointe. Please place your parking pass on the rear bumper or in the rear windshield of your vehicle so that the pass is facing out. All tenants are to park in the areas in between the buildings or directly in front of the first building. Any car found in these areas without a permit will get towed, no exceptions. The spaces along Stillwell Drive are reserved for guest parking only. This means that if a car with a tenant parking pass is found in the guest parking area, then that vehicle will be towed. Finally, do not park in the garages unless you are paying for one and I have provided you with a garage pass. Please do not even pull into the garage a little bit because this is also just cause for your car to be towed. All towing will be done by Doug’s Towing (304) 291-3864. Furthermore, if your car gets towed due to negligence of one of the preceding accounts, then I will fully support Doug’s Towing’s decision to tow you. This also means do not call me if your vehicle gets towed because there is nothing I can do about it.
